Als je stof gaat kopen voor je blouse dan kun je er in de meeste gevallen op rekenen dat je zowel het voor als achterpand uit 1,5 meter stof kunt halen. Houd er wel rekening mee dat als je kiest voor een patroontje zoals bolletjes, streepjes of figuurtjes, je iets meer stof nodig hebt. Dat komt omdat het dan wat belangrijker is om het patroon goed uit te lijnen zodat het patroon goed aansluit. Verder maakt het eigenlijk niet uit welke stof je koopt, zolang jij er maar blij van wordt.
